ROCKFLOSS

Rockfloss is a latex elastic band that is used to assist mobility and flexibility. The band comes in 2” and 4” widths. It is used by wrapping the joint or a specific area, with compression. The compression, combined with movement, allows for fascial shearing to help increase gliding between tissues and joints to increase mobility and restore blood flow. It can be used before and/or after training, or as a rehabilitation tool. 

At Bloch Wellness we liked to use Rockfloss on the extremities to isolate nerve and myofascial restrictions, along with joint mobility. Patients can buy one and use it at home to flush out their legs after a workout or game which improved your recovery.
