Inspired & Facilitated by GRW
GRW’s initiative has sparked a regional movement — inspiring all 30 Long Beach fire stations, 3 Rancho Cucamonga stations, 7 Newport Fire stations, and San Clemente Police Services (the first law enforcement placement in the region) to adopt infrared sauna recovery, adding 41 saunas beyond GRW’s direct donations.
$53,180 Raised Body
Across three fundraising campaigns from 2023 to 2025 — a calendar series and the Flavors of the Firehouse Cookbook — our community has collectively raised over fifty thousand dollars for firefighter wellness.
49 Saunas Placed Body
Eight saunas donated directly through GRW fundraising. Forty-one additional saunas purchased by surrounding communities inspired by our initiative — including 30 for every Long Beach fire station.
6+ Agencies Reached Body
From LA County and LA City fire stations to CAL FIRE, Newport Fire, Rancho Cucamonga Fire, and the first-ever police station placement at San Clemente — our impact keeps growing.
Total impact: 49 infrared saunas placed in fire and police stations across Southern California — and growing.
